Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the MilSims United store and your purchases from it. Buying from the store means you accept them. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

The store

MilSims United sells apparel, accessories, and gear for the milsim gaming community. Products are made to order through Printify and its print providers, then shipped directly to you. A share of store proceeds supports the game servers, mods, and community projects the store exists to fund.

Orders and production

Every item is produced after you order it. Production typically takes several business days before shipping; shipping times vary by provider and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.
Check your shipping address carefully. Orders that ship to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered by us.
We may cancel or refuse an order where we have a legitimate reason (suspected fraud, pricing error, product discontinued). If we do, you get a full refund.

Problems with an order

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact support@milsimsunited.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it.
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Affiliate links

Some pages link to outside retailers. If you buy through those links, MilSims United may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Those purchases are transactions with the outside retailer, under their terms — we are not a party to them and cannot handle their support, shipping, or returns.

Community and the store

The store supports milsim communities, including our flagship, Task Force Spartan, and other partnered groups. The store is owned and operated by MilSims United. Partnered groups' names and insignia appear with their permission; partnership does not make any group an owner or operator of the store. The TFS Community Hub is a separate members' site with its own access rules.

Intellectual property

The MilSims United name, logo, and store content belong to us or are used with permission. Partnered groups' marks belong to their groups. Don't reproduce any of it commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the store: no fraudulent orders, no scraping, no attempting to break or bypass its security.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
